This team project focused on promoting urban cycling through AI-powered smart kiosks. My roles span across UX research, journey mapping, information architecture, UI design, and prototyping; focusing on accessibility, clarity, and engagement. The design emphasizes ease of use, accessibility, real-time support, and sustainability to make cycling a seamless part of urban mobility in India.

Research Insight: Cycling fails to thrive not just because of infrastructure gaps, but because of lack of trust, convenience and connection in the system. People need reassurance, accessibility, and motivation to make cycling a part of their daily life.
